Mudassir Khan is an agentic AI and blockchain engineer based in Islamabad, Pakistan. He is the CEO of Cube A Cloud, a US-registered company, Senior DevOps Engineer at Echonos AI, and CTO at TECHTS. He founded the Sukaizen e-commerce store, spent four years as CTO of Build My Dapp, and has taught more than seven years of students as a trainer at PIAIC and as a Blockchain Trainer at Edversity.
I help ambitious founders and CTOs turn complex AI and blockchain concepts into production systems that generate real business outcomes. That means I do not just hand over an architecture diagram and disappear — I own the delivery end-to-end: from the first whiteboard session through to the production deployment, monitoring setup, and the first sprint retrospective with your team.
My work lives at the intersection of three areas: agentic AI (multi-agent orchestration, LLM governance, and production-safe deployment with LangGraph and Temporal), blockchain engineering (compliance-ready smart contracts, Cosmos SDK infrastructure, and regulated DeFi products), and full-stack product delivery (Next.js 15 platforms, serverless architecture, and growth-oriented product strategy).
I typically work with seed-to-Series-B startups who need senior architecture ownership without a full-time hire. I also take fractional CTO and advisory roles for founding teams who need ongoing engineering leadership. Every engagement is guided by one principle: architecture that serves the business outcome, not the other way around.
I design technical systems that survive scale, compliance pressure, and fast iteration cycles. Every architecture decision is evaluated against the real constraints of the business — not the fashionable framework of the quarter.
Every roadmap starts with business outcomes, not feature checklists. I have seen too many technically impressive systems that failed to move a single KPI — because the architecture was built for the engineer, not the outcome.
I blend engineering rigour with storytelling and product design to ship memorable experiences. The best technical systems feel intuitive — not because they hide complexity, but because they make it navigable.
Agentic AI and blockchain systems can be genuinely complex. My job is to translate that complexity into architecture diagrams, delivery plans, and language that drives decisions forward — not more questions.
